Responsibilities -


  • Customer support to international customers over call for voice process

  • Administering and helping to manage client's product support for the customers who call/ chat or email

  • Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines

  • make outbound calls when necessary as part of content moderation

  • Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data

  • Act on process changes, updates and handle the same with proper research

  • Adhere to process quality standards and strive to exceed quality targets

  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For process executive (data/ voice) post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
